This safe play-area designed for children called the "jardin des dunes et des vents" (dune and wind garden) was designed by Isabelle Devin and Catherine Rannou. They chose not to use the bright colours and equipment often found in traditional playgrounds in order to create an original space inspired by the seaside.

The area has gentle hills and features pedal windmills, walls of mobile sails and waves of air cushions where infants and toddlers (0 to 2 years) together with older children (up to age 13) can develop their balance and mobility.
